Maybe the anger you've internalized about not being able to control the population and not being able to provide a cogent answer is blinding you to your rage. Keep pushing the fact the vaccine will keep you from getting COVID. No one EVER said that, at least not anyone without an agenda they are pushing. Sounds like you don’t know the meaning of the word vaccine. Look it up instead of just believing conspiracy theories with no scientific evidence.

@kwz+1eYVDMMu that's a tough stretch and a long bridge to cross. it's going to be hard to justify why are punishing people not wanting to get a vaccine for various reasons when other impactful health related issues are not punished (obesity for one). Could a company mandate that you get a labotomy? An ab-----n? Could they mandate that you be injected with toxic substances? Could they mandate that you have trans reassignment surgery in order to keep your job? Could they mandate an amputation? How about plastic surgery? Just how much power do you think the CEO has over your medical care?

The answer is they have zero. Absolutely none. IF these dr-gs prevented transmission you might have an argument that holds water, because you're protecting employee A from employee B, but it doesn't, so you, and they, don't.

You really must be the life of the party. Good grief. It's nice to know that there's coworkers lurking in the weeds just giddy at the notion of their coworkers getting screwed. These guys would stab you in the back themselves if they could get away with it.

And before anyone says anything ridiculously predictable about 'but they are increasing all of our insurance costs!', let's recognize the data from the military which shows an almost 300% increase in cancer diagnoses since they started forcing their people to vaccinate. So yeah, that cute little method of blaming the unvaccinated for increased insurance costs looks like it's going to turn out to be, lets just say, less than effective. The 'fun' part is that those that created that narrative knew the truth all along. They're laughing all the way to the bank while their drones continue to parrot it.

Anyone can sue for anything if they 1) find a lawyer willing to take on a class action and wait to be paid or not 2) employees sue and pay the attorney. Lose lose. Employers can mandate testing and vaccines. They could increase your insurance as HIGH RISK and you will pay a premium. This is their right. You have the right to quit. Would you refuse a on the spot dr-g test? Would you refuse coming back to work because you are unvaccinated and say i can’t come to work but i won’t get vaccinated either. Allowing employees to dictate what a company does via threats is really fruitless. If you don’t think that Citi and every other company has vetted through their lawyers all of this you are mistaken.

Absent the unconstitutional OSHA mandate, there is no law or regulation requiring that WF employees submit to vaccination or testing. However, WF is free to choose whether or not to require testing or coerce their employees into getting the vaccine.

OSHA wasn't trying to enforce something as an employer, but as a regulator.

Different States have different rules. For instance, in Florida employers cannot charge employees for testing.
