2 more left in the past week, and more leaving. Most departments are already running on skeleton crews and borrowing techs from service and other facilities. What gives. Senior management wont allow us to pay our guys more. Its only a matter of time before they all leave. Im on the verge of losing the rest of my people but management just turns the cold shoulder when we suggest raises. Makes me wonder if they want to close the doors on this jo--t. It wont be much longer at this rate.

This company is toast, dont let anything fool ya.
There are no signs of them wanting to keep experienced personnel. Looks like they are more than happy to replace anyone with new hires paid next to nothing. I assume reducing costs means that senior management can justify another significant salary increase for themselves for doing such an "excellent job". I'm already seeing clearly that parts of engineering don't want to get involved with any requests other than 100% standard deliveries (whether it's because the guys with the knowledge is gone, I don't know) and new development is basically non-existant (apparently, it's not of interest for the management). In my opinion pretty scary for an engineering company of this size which would like to remain the biggest vendor in the market. They have basically been sleeping in class for 8 years due to senior managements strategy (or lack of..).
Seems like senior managements interest is only "what's in it for me" and plan to stay for as long as they can until kicked out. The company seems to be going down the drains and it's really sad to see.
Senior management keeps a tight leash on lower managers/supervisors. They know what they need to do, senior management wont allow it though. They want to keep their bonus numbers high. If you are thinking about leaving, do it. It will never change.
Best thing i ever did was leave and go to work for myself.
The monkeys will fit in just right with the clowns like DD and MH. So glad i got out. I love seeing that other people are leaving too. Sc--w that place!
