Only 80% of target bonus this year with 20% of it in restricted stock locked up for 4 years. This is not good.

Literally no one on this board is going to feel badly for you, OP. Clearly you had over $50k in bonus or else RSRs wouldn’t even be on the table. So don’t be an a$$.
You didn't already know this?
My manager is an id--t - he didn’t read up that cash is supposed to be protected this year so gave me less. He also copied and pasted the same response into each objective for my written YE report, obviously the guy takes a lot of time on this. He has fewer reports than me, too.
Since your bonus is over 50k… wah, next!
Did you get a 3 or less? Yes, I know old terms
I’m getting a 100% bonus every month with my side gid
To the OP, easy solution: quit if you don't like it
Wow. Poor you.

and there are no longer targets as of this year. based on my old target I was at 105% but I did rate consistently exceeds. most of the folks Ianage who were meets got between 95-100% of their old target. by bonus being over 50k it was split into cash and stock with the stock vesting over 4 years, having got stock the last few years I have a pretty good amount that now vests each year that I sell once it vests on Feb/mar and reivenst it elsewhere.
80 percent is not an unusual target for Wells Fargo
if your bonus is over 50k. Yes
