You shouldn’t have to share with your employer what medical decisions you have made or not made. Do not comply.

@zgl it's a good way to get rid of people that have their heads so far up that orange facsist's fundament that they haven't noticed that this global pandemic is real, is serious, and calls for extraordinary measures in response from all of us
Sorry, but no one has a right to spread a potentially lethal virus around, and any company has a perfect right to make sure you don't do that.
Vaccines- IMO, I think employers have an obligation to ask for details
Other- my managers used to ask you were not well, hope you are doing well now (so far so good) but the questions would extend to what is wrong, did you see the doctor, what medicine are you taking etc etc
this actually is a great way to lay off a lot of people that think differently than the rest of the company. By doing this, you'll be sure to get rid of all of the people who are not yes men.

HIPAA exists to protect the industry from lawsuits. There is nothing sacred about your medical privacy. You can choose to exchange it for services like any other personal data you share with every other company you do business with. Its a free country. Deal with it and STFU

Understand and agree with the principle, but would you try for a religious exemption to keep the job (may not be accepted, though)? I will go this route.
