My opinion is that TR does just that - - live off the past glory days. If this company doesn't stop living in the past, it won't work out.

Until they run out of employees to lay off.
You would rather live off the KR “operating” company of slash and pillage? Is McKinsey a future thinking consulting company or a snake oil sales company selling an old worn out model?
The employees shouldn't be living off the past glory days, either.
