My request to be laid off has been turned down again :(
Apparently nobody wants to work here....and people are quitting in droves. The only reason I'm staying is I can't quite bring myself to walk away from $200K+ in RSU. Although I am trying to negotiate a signing bonus at a new place to offset the loss.
Do any of you guys have any advice? I can't be the only miserable person in this type of situation.

Won't be any layoffs until spring, which is likely this time.
Companies very rarely lay off in Nov/Dec.
I wouldn't leave until the next group of RSU's vest (2/25/22), bonuses are paid (end of Feb 22) and/or the current ESPP period ends (3/31/22).
Cashing out my piddly yearly RSU and bouncing. They can keep what hasn’t vested.
Do like me. Wake up. Go to work. Come home. Get paid.
