We all know more changes to sales will come. What's your guess as to what is next?

"As for whats next"......more of the same and an even further moral decline.

Amen. It's been scripted for years as to the eventual departure from DSD. They know it and any reasonably minded person could see it....don't be like a deer in the headlights when it comes!

This company has already stretched things as far as they can go. The territories are way too big. The schedules for most employees are not really feasible. A regular merchandisers salary is basically the same as any entry level employee in any of the stores they service while having to work twice as fast. There is no incentive to stay. And most importantly, there isn't really such a thing as "sales" anymore. Most displays are scripted in most accounts. No one has any time but to throw and go. So if there is any change coming to the dsd part of this company, there is really only one thing left. They certainly aren't going to make things any easier and they certainly aren't going to make any smart decisions as they've shown time and time again. The warehouse model awaits. Probably for all dsd eventually, but certainly mondelez.
