A federal judge set an injunction on the vax mandate for federal contractors nationwide. That doesn't mean employers can't choose to keep policies in place that require it though. L3H hasn't commented on it yet. Any insight on whether the Jan 4 deadline will be canx by L3H?

They just "suspended enforcement" of the mandate.
AS / Mission Networks is still talking like it’s happening In Jan.
I guess this gives people the drama that they so crave and need to live for everyday. It should be simple enough to be responsible and just get a shot but some insist on acting like selfish, irresponsible children.
If it were not a matter of life and death it would be hysterical. As it is, it's unforgivable.
Still a thing for now, Big Safari people want to test non vaccinated in order to have access to their areas. They'll still be waivers and they are providing the tests. It'll all blow over by summer then ramp up again every winter.
They probably won't comment on it in hopes everyone will just comply without them having to say or do anything more. I would be shocked if they terminated anyone over it.
