Looks like CLL in my region will be shrunk from 30 down to 6 in the next week. CLE will need to drop down to mobile expert and the CLLs will need to reapply for their jobs . Ones not selected will drop back to RAM

We just received two additional RAMS In our district that were former Customer Loyalty Leads. Talk of a new position opening up for BTS that goes from store to store like the TFB Retail Development Manager position. Man they don’t know what to do with all of these people. We have some legacy yellow RSMs that don’t even show up for work, don’t make a schedule until the absolute last day and all sorts of wild sh-t but are never written up. I wonder if TMobile isn’t able to terminate employees
T-Mobile already has a loyalty team that I am actually apart of it’s called Closed Loop, and that’s probably why they are going to end that position Yo are talking about. We already have a team that retains customers
If we spent less time on the Hub, the Intranet, putting forth DE&I programs, 18000 slack channels and other worthless side distractions, we'd need about 10% less staff.
Some of us are stuck supporting a brand that doesn't get any support itself, and certainly no "Loyalty" positions. Hint: MbTM
Been here 15 years, never heard of these roles.
I think it says more about you that you've been with the company 15 years but haven't heard of the loyalty team. You would know about it if you read the Hub, oh let's say, any day within the past 9 months.
CLL. - collecting layoff loot
CLE- consolidating labor excercise
RAM- resources are minimized
RIF- reduction in fools
FAJ- find another job
UMDCAY- upper management don’t care
about you
LWYC- leave while you can
T-MOBILE- t mobile obviously blatantly is lying to everyone
I’m legacy Magenta COR and these roles came over the RIL program. Where they took a legacy yellow person and put them in a magenta store and vice versa. They took 2 retail associate managers from each district to create them. I’m just surprised no one knew about these roles or what RAM means.
"How don't you know?" Been here 15 years, never heard of these roles. Not surprised, because this role does not exist in Magenta. That's how the layoffs began in 2020. If the role didn't exist in Magenta, you got canned. Hope you get a good severance.
Good, those positions were useless and annoying.
Customer Loyalty Leader is a former Retail associate manager. (RAM). They handle Sprint escalations. How don’t you know?
Yes please explain I am confused.
No idea what a CLL, CLE or RAM is.
