I'm not sure if BNY Mellon is struggling to hire, or delaying hiring new people while squeezing the existing employees? As long as existing employees do a bunch of work without flaws and complaints, BNYM will be very slow at hiring new people.

it's because TSG is being a pain in the a ss
The process of hiring is awful. Resumes aren’t coming in according to recruiters and what we do get is not good or they’re asking for $50k to start with zero experience. Not paying what other companies were hiring at didn’t help but with them increasing a lot of the pay should help. Even though we’re told hiire at the higher end of the grade which is often higher than current staff unfortunately. but definitely a slow process and we lose candidates because of it . By the time you get to make an offer they’ve accepted something else . BNYM needs to do better with this
