Pirate Pete and his band of marauders are looting the company. They have 3 to 5 ur plan of extract as much as they can before they leave, get fired, bankruptcy, or company sold.
AIG200 = how can the top 200 executives extract at least 1 billion in compensation over 2 to 3 years?
L & R sale is a way to prop up the numbers to distract from the looting. It is called “misdirection”.

Correct, just keep smiling and above all else do not question anything management does even if it is clearly wrong. The minute you question upper management you become negative, and your career is over. Just smile and say yes while the walls come crumbling down, that is the key to success at AIG.
