Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Reserved numbers - no one to help customers

No one will help customers in reserved status - PAG, C&A, cust care, NBO, NBS, retail support - no one will help people in reserved status. We have been calling these departments all week long for a number of customers only to be turned away. Fix the problem AT&T - you are loosing subscribers as a result of shoddy software.

RST has helped me with a couple of reserved lines last week. If you talk to someone who says they can't help, tell them to escalate it to their supervisor, or hang up and call RST back.

If done in store the area Mgr can activate the reserve status. If done outside of store regular customer service should be able to activate
Unfortunately you will have to find someone able to help

Yelp yelp! No one to help! All that happens is, you call *AID. You get overseas on the phone, the background sounds of a New Years Eve party! Then they start tranfering you around the world! Can we not record this calls so someone can hear WTH is goin on!!
