Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

It’s called a transformation

Fiserv is remaking itself in a good way. They are taking the best of the best to New Jersey and paying them accordingly. If you weren’t selected that’s because you don’t have the chops to take this company to the next level. Those are just the facts

Team CMH got a 40% step to head to New Jersey? I wonder if they broke out google to check for a COLA calculator. After taxes and such looks like they may need a roommate.
This is the dominance of fintechs future?

If 40% was the fat stacks of cash referred to perhaps you’re struggling with what a fat stack of cash is. I’m happy you got the best you could negotiate. There are some learning channels that can help you build those skills for next time.

Facts are they have astronaut SME they are letting stay remote since they know they will not be able to replace the knowledge and talent they are literally throwing away.
Facts. The move to NJ will not include a pay increase enough to cover the extremely inflated cost of living.
Fact. Get out while you can

If the idea is to continue the transformation of Fiserv into FDC, this is not good for the employees or clients, but go ahead and continue with your delusional aspirations while I pop some popcorn.

I do not get why anyone would think they are the chosen one because they moved to NJ. This is simply a money maker for millions of dollars in tax credits from the state of NJ for Fiserv. NJ gets more Tax Payers & Frank claims success at the expense of thousands of employees. We all have a price over our heads. What happens if he misses the 3000 warm body mark? What happens if all buildings are full? Will there be a waiting list? It’s only going so far, what’s next?

@OP+1ejybKXP - this isn’t transformation. This is destruction from inside out, on what was once an amazing company. To think otherwise is to live in a bubble of denial.

I work for one of the companies you just mentioned. And yes, we are licking our chops. MQL's are off. the. charts. So many bluebirds in the past three months I think I'm at a frakin aviary.

Frank and Guy are transforming Fiserv for sure. Transforming us into the biggest joke in the fintech industry. Seriously, FIS and Jack Henry are probably laughing their behinds off as they read this forum and witnessing the company going up in smoke -- as they rightfully should.
