Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

No Jab for me!! class action lawsuit

I'm going to force Fiserv to fire me come Jan 5th. I'm NOT getting the vax - my body MY choice. I won't quit and I won't accept and comp package if offered.. I can wait to sue them in the impeding class action lawsuit. Words of advice 1)don't quit 2) tell them you don't believe your med history is their business 3) get fired 4) don't accept amy comp package 5) take settlement in class action lawsuit in the near future. Good luck and peace out!!

Are you really that interested in staying? Was there for 18 years, trust me life is better on the outside.

Well however you might feel about the jab, hopefully Optimus Prime and the Autobots can defeat the evil Omicron!

I can't believe how many "cool-aid" drinkers are in here rooting for the firing of their coworkers! Pure evil and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I guess you don't mind being owned. When you're laid-off someday from Fiserv, please remember these comments and heartless reactions.

To the individual who posted this thread: Good luck and don't count on winning any type of lawsuit.

The problem with a class action suit is you won't get much money out of it because of so many others in a class action, and it takes some time. They know this and really don't care.

No vaccine shots are coerced. It is a choice. You exercise your choice, your freedom, whether to get a shot or not.

Then your employer exercises their choice, their freedom, on whether to keep you.

Everyone gets their freedom, right?

Decisions have consequences. You do not have a constitutional right to work at Fiserv. Accept the consequences of your decision. Do not expect a company to accept the risk of your decisions with respect to (1) infecting other employees, (2) running up astronomical health care costs and (3) tying up ICU rooms unnecessarily.

Don't worry you won't have to decide about taking a comp package or not - you'll just be on the street. Glad there will be room for someone that won't be wasting space.

Hmmm you must have received the memo…I don’t think you will need to make a decision to take a package

You are not required to be vaccinated. Fiserv is not required to employ you. What is the issue exactly?

I dont support a lot of what's going on at the firm - the move to NJ for example. Bear in mind that you're an at will employee, and the 'my body, my choice' is not going to fly. There are a lot of firms who are issuing vaccine mandates with termination for the non compliant. Most of the Wall St banks, Google and big tech are following.
You'll wind up wasting a lot of money on legal fees etc. Find a remote job, move on and cut your losses.
