"It should work"

Like the Guardian Rollout?

Or the Service Now Rollout?

Same old model ... Build. Ship. Beta

When you get access to workday, you'll want to go to the upper right hand corner to either your profile picture or the picture of the cloud of you don't have a profile picture. From there you'll be able to access your profile. There will be an option on the profile page that says compensation and that should tell you the compensation range for yourself.

can't even figure out how to tell my current range, much less that for any other position.

Okay I honestly don’t look. Knowing how low on the totem pole doesn’t change a thing but your attitude.

Ok if you want to get pendantic about it...

The new job family tool is currently working in the test environments, which indicates that it should work when Workday launches.

True. Upper management made the frustrating decision to not show pay ranges in the new job family tool. You will be able to see pay range in the job posting, but the range will only show for whichever location was selected as the primary location.

Where to find one?

Someone was saying the new bands will show upper and lower percentiles, but the FAQ makes it look like an IC will only be able to see their own salary range.

Workday will have a job families tool. When you get in on Jan 3rd, use the search bar and search Job Families. It will work.

The main PDF I saved was for my own job. I want to see if anything in the new range changed for this year… I’m hoping it did. Do you guys know if any of the ranges are changing/increasing?
