Feeling Overworked and Overwhelmed?

Do the following. Whenever your manager is lurking about, slam your hands or something on your desk. Also try loud exclamations using mild epithets. Loud, sudden noises. Managements biggest fear is that someone will go postal. Do not direct this anger at other employees or your manager. Just appear angry. I decided to do this while working on a project where my direct manager kept allowing business last minute changes on a price with a hard deadline. The result was less responsibility for me and much easier tasks. The more complicated and frustrating work were given to the managers brown nosers. Remember, this is all a game. They don’t care about you at all. All they do is lie to you and make you take blame. Fight dirty.

Sort of related to this is the dread I feel about having to eventually return to the office to work... I've got so used to being able to scream, yell, and curse my bloody head off working at home that when I'm around people again (aka my fellow drones who stay on despite having tons of more work increasingly foisted upon us), I know the temptation to let loose a few prime profanities while shackled to my olde desk at the office is going to be overwhelming.

I think wanting to get put on the list was the point…

Someone once asked me how to get on the list to be laid off. I'll refer them to your post.
