Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Have you?

Lol who else has filled out the surveys they keep sending out for use to do? I mean "Great place to work" who the fu-k you lying to?

Its all a lie.

https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/1001348

This is manipulation at its finniest.

Questions at the GEM getting filtered. Why not answer them why not acknowledge the surveys you cowards. Make the positive changes for your employees which btw are your customers as well. Keep us happy we keep your clients happy no? Do what is right and stop treating us like drones. Bet you cannot do my job and make citrix money. I bet you cant walk five steps in my heels. I used to be proud of saying Citrix.

"Citrix needs a serious culture overhaul"

The culture problem also includes the employees. I've never worked with a larger group of arrogant, entitled and grossly overpaid people in my life.

The overpaid portion is not their fault, but the arrogance and entitlement come from years of working at the company and walking around like they own the place.

there was a certain feeling of schadenfreude for some of the lifers who were let go during the last layoff. Not all, but some of them were just absolute arrogant jerks.

If Citrix is a "great place to work" I have an island to sell you in the Caribbean.

If you’re paying attention to employer surveys, and you’re a technologist— retire immediately. You don’t understand the reality of how the world works.

I am not surprised HR would block this site from the internal network. Citrix HR has a history of coverups and hiding things. If HR cared they would have improved things years ago! Citrix has been a sh---y place to work for years!!

A simple change, Citrix HR requested to block access to https://www.thelayoff.com/ from the internal network. Why? Are you afraid of the truth?

Do you see them being amongst top 100 @Glassdoor? If not, then it's not a great place to work.

Yeah they are always trying to win these awards by pushing new short term goals but once won they go right back to the same old sh-t.

Citrix needs a serious culture overhaul… it needs to start with HR and leadership changing the environment. They should not filter or hide things but this is what Citrix has done for years!
