Start-of-the-year cuts are nothing new at L3, I don't see why this year would be any different.

There is some truth to a few things...
*Human Resources DOES like to post (when they can spell correctly) jobs on career sites; it makes the company seem robust and a good employer choice. I think we all know better.
*Human Resources IS bored. Pure and simple, their jobs consist of throwing parties (and this isn't done well either) and throwing shade.
*The benefits package became the worst I've seen in a thirty year career. Even small companies with less than 200 people can offer better.
*The "leadership" is a joke at the local and national level. I've seen people who have zero management experience promoted quickly and it just keeps the pump primed to reward these buffoons.
So... if you've left L3H already... consider it your Happy Holidays!
If you are still there... watch the DVD of Scrooge and compare the similarities!
As far as cuts... I don't know how much worse it can get. When I left, orders were backed up well over a year and customers were asking for daily calls on updates. The so-called management team just sang and danced their way to buying time even though they knew that the promises made would never be kept.
Apparently, no one cares to work for L3H.
They continue to post the same jobs for Order Management (a fancy word for customer service) and Procurement positions (a glorified whipping post) and it seems pretty apparent that either there isn't any interest, or HR is bored and likes to post onto Indeed.
Gee, the lousy benefits package and horrible local leadership isn't bringing the candidates in?
Who really cares?
I'll be overjoyed if I'm proven wrong, but I doubt it.
