Zero Tolerance My A**

Is anyone else tired of the current narrative of "zero tolerance"? Why has it taken 30+ years of se-ual harassment claims for current leaders to finally take a "zero tolerance" stance? Does anyone actually know what that means? It means when a victim comes forward with a horrific tale of actual harassment, you TAKE ACTION. You don't slide it under the rug with a hand slap and thus torpedo the woman's career.

If there was really a "zero tolerance" policy then why do SEVERAL men predators still sit on the leadership board? Why are their crimes tolerated while women after women suffer, cry, get demoted, and ultimately leave?

Will this ever stop? And the worst part is the wo(men) "leaders" who have been appointed just to be talking heads to act like it isn't a problem. Get real, you aren't woke. You are hiding and protecting the real predators. You want change, then make bold moves against the predators.

That is very very sad and still shows a double standard.

Speaking from actual cases we have taken action and individuals have been let go. We have also had false accusations too.
That doesn’t mean EMR is perfect.
