I had an in-law reach out to me last week to ask what's it like to work at Optum since he is considering transferring. He can't stand being overworked and underpaid at Molina anymore while he deals with a toxic work environment. Sounds familiar? Yup, I told him that the situation is exactly the same here, which really hit him hard. That's our reality, folks. In this industry, there is no good place to work. Just slight variations of the same.

It’s so good to see that peoples eyes are finally opening. I’m a boomer and I’ve felt like this for over forty years. I thought my beliefs were unsustainable. So happy to see you younger people are realizing that we’ve been brainwashed into modern day slavery. People are finally waking up to the realities of the USA.
what's the bass guitar and snare drum meme? thansks
Many teammates brag about their own exploitation. It's crazy. Like corporate stockholms syndrome. They like walking around with doody on their American lips.
It is the same everywhere else in the US empire plantation. Profits, share holders, capitalism extreme, and constant propaganda MSM styles.
You can get promoted advanced if you know what to do. ......Snare drum, bass guitar..
that place was good. you can do really well there.Just smile, clad, and nod and smile.
The place was a lame excuse for a failed dream
Might as well stay at Molina or go somewhere else. Being an Optum $lave is reserved for those with no other options at the time.
