Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Jingle all the way

So word on the street is we just got an internal memo stating Feb. 15th that we have to return to office and be fully vaccinated by then. The definition of being fully vaccinated is I believe is 2 shots unless it goes to boosters which wouldn't surprise me of course. This is only for Business side which I have a hard time understanding why is is that Puerto Rico assets and retail ME's are "highly encouraged" but not mandated or else your career is over and you are placed on unpaid leave unless you have a medical or religious accommodation even then that could no matter.

The Supreme Court discussions occur on January 9th. I do not believe this will matter even if it gets overturned as this looks to be by a State by state basis if your guidelines matter to you. I support and love people no matter what they do in this vaccine madness like anything else. What I have an issue with is if we are about major social causes which we should be, and we are about "BE YOU" this should fall right into that category or it is very double standard.

This memo came out right before Christmas mind you. How nice lol this is up there with jelly of the month club and I am Clark Griswold. What a world we live in.

If you aren't comfortable getting the shot based upon your medical history or strongly held religious beliefs that needs to be respected.

I am someone who had Covid-19 and was just fine after 2 weeks. I know people who work in healthcare and are seeing things like heart attacks after the 2nd shot and boosters who were perfectly fine before but yet you don't see that in the media. I believe if you are at risk health wise you should get the shot but if your someone like me who is health them that needs to be your choice not Corporate America.

Your body your choice.

Merry Christmas

You should all leave. T mobile has antibodies that prevent new ideas and new customers from entering the network. Dying company.

My team just heard back from HR that religious and medical exemptions are no longer valid after Jan 3 and we will be put on unpaid leave Feb 15.

Fully remote is the future. Sievert is on his way out, so don't worry too much.

Stop scaring people, not cool at all. You seriously need to work more on your trolling skills. Can’t be “the word on the street” and “we’ve just got an internal memo” at the same time (pick one and stick to it)
Btw, Merry Christmas to you too.
