No bonus, 1% raises that don’t even keep pace with inflation so you’re in reality just getting a pay cut. Constant layoffs, fear culture. And yet PepsiCo demands “Faster Stronger Better”. My answer: I’m looking FASTER for a STRONGER company that treats it’s most valuable assets, it’s employees, BETTER. How’s that, Ramon?
They will keep moving the goal posts ...instead of doing the work of 2, it will be 4 before you know it. And if that doesn't work, the jobs will be sent overseas. Sad, but true. This all possible because someone is making ill informed decisions from the ivory tower while only thinking about themselves and their bank accounts.
I’m stressed about my workload as well. It is added to by weak direction that creates mass confusion. Furthermore, I am a long-time employee and recently discovered I am not being compensated fairly. All of my colleagues are looking for different jobs already. I’m fearful for the continuity of the work here as everyone starts to leave.
Whether it is a right place for you is a relative thing. Those at higher grades and well compensated, this place is to retire. For others there are always other options, just like any other company which is not perfect. Instead of venting anonymous here, spend those minutes on job applications if you're not happy here.

2021 I didnt even get a 1% raise. then they got rid of people in my department and doubled the amount people I have to pay. I have the same salary as someone with
half the work load. An admin in my building is now out on maternity leave and they are asking me to do part of her job as well. I have been doing 2 peoples jobs now they want more.
my Christmas present was some hot chocolate.How about a bonus and a raise considering I work every holiday, have worked all of my vacation days and weekends!

In my department, we're doing the jobs of three people.
