If no merger, ~$67/share. Fade it ~$71.

Way things are going, we'll be nationalized this time next year.
We'll just be a small square in the Teslamazoft structure.

Only question is: which nation will nationalize us.

Until then, XOM stay poking around 60.

$75-$85 unless some variant comes around right at the end of year and temporarily plummets the stock.

Until we get to around 2035 and people start looking at what will XOM look like in 2050+, we will be fine since the “long term” (ie 2040) environment looks decent for XOM. Because let’s be honest we aren’t going to hit the 2040 Paris climate goals. But maybe by 2050 we will. Slow growth but lots of buybacks and dividends which will be lucrative for investors. So by 2035 we will start seeing investors drop us and between now and then we will slowly drop out of the SP500 along with chevron and others as we stay stagnant and just return money to shareholders instead of reinvesting. And other companies will receive increasingly larger valuations in growing industries like tech and healthcare. Look for us to merge with someone down the road as Paris climate agreements come closer to reality and potentially go private before the midway point of the century.

I dumped all of mine at 65.68 in Oct 2021.
So I probably won't be checking this board end of next year.

Don't look back.

Without a worldwide military conflaguration or major sell-offs - it'll stay floating around 50-60. For the dividends if nothing else.
