The shitshow that EM has been in the past several years has basically ki---d any morale that was left - and there wasn't much left to begin with. The atmosphere at work is now almost morbid. People never smile anymore, they are barely exchanging any words unless they have to. It's making an already bad work situation even worse. I need to get out of here just to preserve my sanity.
