Low skill and no skill
In IT security, the CIISP certification is a gold standard, hard to achieve but really the best. We had several but read that one was let go! If having gilt edge cred cannot help, then nothing can. BTW - have no loyalty to your employer. To yourself and family only. Make your decisions on that basis. I did and smart move. All my best to friends both in and out for 2022
Stock price number not going up - CEO.
To "own" just FYI, if Fiserv was truly adapting to more Agile ways of working, then a lot of the toxic workplace issues people complain about here wouldn't be happening.
Just saying.
Sales lives and dies by their quota.
Oh this one's easy. If you want job security, a flexible work environment, and forward-thinking leadership, look beyond Fiserv.
Any kind of quality assurance role. The script that managers read is "we're all QA now!" in a thinly-veiled attempt at covering up the fact that we're all being stretched thin and are now expected to cover multiple roles for the same pay.
If you want security, become a certified scrum master. Fiserv eats up the agile nonsense like there's no tomorrow and will promote you to CEO before you know it.
