Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

The rules don't seem to apply to everyone

I got out (happily) after a long career thanks to the first wave of covid related layoffs. Our office biotch worked maybe 4 to 6 hours a day while the manager preached that all time cards were being reviewed carefully. Who did she sleep with to get that "hand off" treatment? The manager? A director? A vice president?

100% correct. It’s gonna be the death of his company.

The base to system on bonuses. Speed, speed, and speed! Equals bonus.

Streamlined process, don’t follow process, and don’t get into trouble for not following process. Unless you’re slower worker or don’t worry really fast. It will affect your bonus.

This is why the customers product is always being reworked. I guess in the near future some of these customers are just gonna have enough of us. Your stupid excuses of why their product doesn’t come on time.

Nothing like talking cr-p on someone 18+ months after you're gone, to bring some attention to yourself. Not getting enough attention at home, are ya??
