IBM's guilty as sin when it comes to age discrimination! Management and HR are an absolute disgrace ... they routinely and illegally fire older workers with impunity, and replace them with younger workers. IBM likes to hold itself out as an exemplar of DEI values, but apparently that doesn't extend to older workers who have stood by IBM through good times and bad over the course of many years.
