Anyone at any Houston locations ever look into organizing local Union or would anyone be interested. I think that is exactly what NOV needs to force them to pull their head out of their ( l ) . The local union has been contacted by more than one person and is looking into it.

I'm the first person to pile in and agree the management at NOV are incompetent. This Union thing is a dream with no grounding in reality. They are already moving manufacturing to Mexico, India, China and Latvia and you want to encourage them to move more there? You will unionize yourself out of a job. Go for it.
For what? They have already taken everything worth protecting. At this point it would just be a waste of time.
Doesn’t make sense buddy… what will union do.
