I am starting to feel ashamed that I am still in this company... The company's reputation has been so ruined that I no longer know anyone who will say anything nice about Fiserv. I know people who desperately need a job, but by no means want to apply here. Reputation is hard to restore... What do you think has ruined the reputation of this company the most?

Employees in the Shoreview office need to look beyond the ends of your noses. They are taking as much as they can get while they set up to move ALL office to Indy. What was the last office job you saw posted? The 1 IA listing got taken away and given to Indy. Wake up. Find a new job now. You are just an end to a means. It's just a matter of when the transfer happens.
When I was laid off, the hr lady tried to tell me they sometimes bring people back. I flat out said I was planning on quitting this summer anyway, once I finished my degree. I got a job doing the exact same tjing for $12k/yr more than what I made at fiserv. Quit! You won't regret it!
All the data for # of employees dates to December 2019. No way it’s still at 44,000.
Love the frank "suckups!" You get them in every company. They are usually kids or narcissistic adults who greatly overvalue themselves.
Drop this place like a bad habit. I left and more about $25k more.... EVERYONE can do it because the market is red hot.
We're down 5-6K headcout since late summer 2021. I'd say we're in the high 30's at this point.
I see these cheerleader posts, and shake my head. There is no way Fiserv is 44,000+ employee's strong. There are more people leaving that staying, and everyone under D level management lost out in the merger.
