They must think we're all so desperate that they can throw insulting raises and non-existent bonuses our way and think that we're all just going to take it like good little boys and girls. I don't understand where that confidence is coming from, considering that attrition has never been worse and hiring has never been harder. Many of us will leave after this. What are they going to do when there is nobody left here to do any of the work?

I’m just hoping for a retro bump once everyone gets their bonuses and leaves. They’ll call it an inflation bump or something (like it’s a generous favor). They can cal it whatever they like.
I am seeing a lot of turnover with the new hires. Many of them are seeing how inept this company is. I have told many new hires do not stay in this place too long. This company doesn't care about their employees safety. I have told many that I regret coming here and i don't want you to make the same mistake. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN. ..

The situation is incredibly scary at this point. The amount of sugar coating going on that must happen by the time it gets to the top of the food chain.
They want to save money on salary. Your threat of leaving is not something they are afraid of. There are fields, endless fields Neo, where employees are no longer hired... They are pulled straight out of college.
