Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

So, how do they think to solve the labor issues?

Isn't it ridiculous to hear from the leadership that Mondelez has labor issues...
Well of course Mondelez has labor isuess when people are overworked and not paid enough. Why would anyone stay in this company if they can be paid 20 or 30% more somewhere else?

Every single new hire leaves within a couple months! Its a total joke. Management treats people like cr-p and today, nobody needs to stick around to take it.
New hires make less than $15 per hour, starting wage at most other places. My 15 year old daughter started a pt job at $17.50 with flexible hours. Than Mondelez hires get harassed by SR, telling them to start at 2 am etc! Yeah, right!

I never minded the OT to a certain extent since it made up for the bonuses that were small even if you could actually hit your number. But at some point the 10-14 hour days wear on you.
