Was anyone (vaccine non-compliant) put into unpaid leave of absence?
I only heard their badges were deactivated. That works for those who really want permanent remote work.

yes, it is February... and February 17th is coming up...
It's February and still NONE.
I would not know whether my badge is deactivated... I never go to the office, and IBM still has not installed a badge scanner to enter my home office!!
So it's now February 1st, and this is the day that IBM threatened to deactivate badges of anyone still un-vaccinated. Did they?
Or was it all just a hollow bluff and sick manipulation technique?
Who cares about vax or un-vax… over time everybody will either leave or get canned.

ALL UNVAX'D employees badges are deactivated Feb1st. This includes the individuals with religious/medical "accomodations."
All of the religious exemption people plus the nasty non compliant are working from home until this absurd policy is inevitably lifted
