New Employees in the Philippines don't know what they are doing and are unable to answer questions. Requests for Supervisor to get an answer gets a promise to call in 24 hrs. No call ever comes. This is happened twice. Impossible service.

Was looking at the John Hancock Facebook page, so many negative customer posts, sounds like impossible to get a person to answer the phone, or website not working, wonder why.
Lots of snoozers since it's the middle of the night. If they're working at home still...the bed would be impossible to resist!
