The 1.5 CIP corporate factor is a little more than fair given the turmoil of 2021. I’m sure the BOD was in a generous mood when they decided on that high of a factor. I think they were happy with oil and gas prices for the 4th quarter and where it’s likely to stay for the next 11 months of 2022. The CIP is not bad, but having a good paying job is still the real reward for me.

I guessed 1.6 but 1.5 is fair. It’s the highest since I joined in 2013.

That’ll take some of the sting out of a 3% salary program.

It was much higher than my 1.2 guess. Woo hoo to those still employed. While the company is not perfect (no company is), it’s good to see senior leaders and the BOD recognizing the forts of its employees!!!!! Those who whine can go find employment elsewhere. 😃
