I hope that not all managers at USB are happy with the cr-p that AC has and tries to shovel to employees. It’s a cr-p show. Most staff is not happy. Are managers just going along with it because they need a paycheck too?

Most managers in the retail banking model are not driven and only there to collect a check. What's sad is up and comers get stunted to move up who actually want to do a good job.
