I don't know anyone who has changed their mind about leaving after receiving a bonus and a raise. Moreover, I know people who are now even more determined to leave this place after receiving a low bonus. It's very questionable whether BofA has achieved anything in this way. If there were people who changed their minds and intend to stay, it is certainly a minor percentage.

Exact opposite … I was actually invested before my “year end”.
That just put the nails in the coffin
I’m more determined to leave now than I was before I received that punk a$$ raise. I am so fed up with this he-l ho-e.
Zero raise and no bonus despite record breaking profits. M/M this year and E/E last year. I don’t understand such a drastic rating change. I did work on a large project last year, but regular work this year is the only thing that changed.
Looking for new job full steam now.
Got a 1% raise and 5k bonus. 18 years vp... M/E..
I changed my mind because of the unmasked children!
It solidified and expedited my previous intent to leave. It was utter BS last year to receive a low-balled raise and bonus based on "only" 18 billion profit but it's a fcking insult when you still get shafted with a record breaking 32 billion profit. I am now getting my ducks in a row on company time to get the fck out of here.
Even more determined to get out. Coasting in the meantime. Hard work got me nowhere this year. Just a scripted pat on the back.
Going above and beyond or caring doesn't even matter anymore to me. I am searching for something else.
