Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Only come here if this is your last option

This is definitely not the worst company I ever worked for. And I have to say that the bank used to actually be a good place to work. It isn't any more. The company has gotten progressivily worse since 2008. I used to tell folks that the bank was a good long term career place as long as you negotiate the right salary coming in (the bank was never good with raises for internal folks). But now I tell people that ask me to run. Only come here if this is your last option available and then use it as a stepping stone because they will certainly use you as much as you let them.

Where do I start with this shlithole of a bank. I have worked at other companies and this by far is the worst. I have never seen so many d-mbazz people in leadership including the fcuking blockhead CEO. This dude Mo--nyhan wants the RTO to be done asap. Then he gives us this shlitty restrictive stock deal. I hope this mutherfuhker gets covid and die.

I originally came here thinking this place was great. A few years in the cracks have definitely been seen so I'm just using the company to advance my career since it'll look good on my resume for the work I'm doing here.
