I am much happier now that I heard that DST does not have an exit interview. Could someone please confirm if that's really true? I wouldn't be surprised if it was because DST doesn't care about the opinion of any of us. As strange as it may sound, just the thought of having to do an exit interview after resigning was making me nervous. I plan to give notice next week and I wouldn't even know what to say in that interview.

It's been several years since I left, but when I did, I remember it being two questions and about 5 minutes long.
It was a joke. A formality.
My new employer, whom I still work for, gave me two raises this year. One on merit and one for cost of living. Get the !@#$ out of DST. There are so many better places to work.
HR? What is HR? When they turned off the number for HR you could tell we were a complete circus act.
Upon leaving you get two emails from HR. In the second, you have exit interview questionnaire. You never speak to hr
I left at a time when there were exit interviews. I was in the Human Resource area and filled out a long form about why I was leaving and how to make DST Systems Inc a better place. I made sure to mention very promenantly that my supervisor hated the guys above him and complained about them non-stop. While it wasn't exactly true it was time for payback. That was my one shot to get justice and I did it. I laughed on my way out the door on my last day! How sweet it was1
Prior to SSC's takeover there were exit interviews. I worked at DST for years and had a perfect attendance record. When I resigned, the H.R. department presented me with several other positions that i could transfer too. But I had a much better offer. I did state in my exit interview that the ONLY reason I was leaving DST was because my manager was abusive, unprofessional and not able to lead. That the rest of my experience at DST was wonderful. H.R. had a very hard time filling my position due to my skill set and I heard my manager was pigeon holed after that! My goal exactly.
Not for me. Thanks for your service and we will be sending you a severance package, Goodbye.
You can always decline an exit interview.
You are correct in there not being an exit interview. They were sending a survey link in the beginning of SSC’s takeover, but I don’t even believe that’s a thing anymore. Sinking ship.
