Anyone else find it disturbing that if you got bad news last week it was deliveed by a speech about you are a valued person on the team blah blah blah? A former associate who was a manager told me they are given that to stay on message. How can they expect us to believe anything they say after that? I hear that cr-p at every 1 x 1 with my manager. I didn’t ‘t expect to hear that on a Wednesday (please tell me in what world a high meets/meets gets nothing at review time?) .I will never ever be able to trust him again (sad thing was he was a friend before my manager).
