I was told the 2/15 RTO date is required. Anyone heard anything different?

I am hearing about a hybrid model coming. This is coming from managers in my LOB. To be announced sometime in Q1.

When is the “mandatory” RTO date going to be March / April? Also, I really need to get re-acclimated to the office 2-3 days per week Not 5 days. Anyone hear about a flexible schedule forthcoming? Or, do we still need micro-managing babysitting in the workplace?

Not seeing it happening in Plano. With an all out fancy renovation being done it wouldn’t make sense bringing people back during construction in a pandemic.

It’s an optional return. We will get a mandatory notice in the upcoming weeks.

I can't keep working for two banks if one of them makes me come into the office. I think I'll stay remote for now.

When the technology has driven record profits last quarter, i am wondering why investors/shareholders care where the employees are working from. Is it the Senior executives who are worried about losing their positions might be pushing for RTO?

I was told that RTO date is not mandatory.. it is voluntary for right now. We had an all hands call. Leadership said that it would eventually become mandatory later on down the road..

I got the same email today as well. I'm located in Charlotte. I'll go back to the office when the senior leadership clowns give me a damn office so I can feel safe closing the door in my own space and not have to worry about some nasty people who don't believe in covering their mouths when coughing or sneezing. He-l have all the leaders who actually have the luxury of having their own office space return to office first for the next 2-3months and see if having an office help reduce the spread of Covid at the Bank of Moynihan. If it helps reduce then they need to consider with revamping the cubes into nice individual cube suites. The bank has has 2yrs to come up with a game plan to revamp the layout of the offices and all this time those who have been in the office since last year have stated that no layout change of cube spaces have been revamped. Everything is still set up the same way as pre-covid..So I guess Moynihan and his clowns making RTO decisions been focusing more for the past 2yrs how to prepare legally on what do with people who don't come back to the office instead of revising work space layout.

Yeah what did the you are welcome to return. Well what if we don’t want to go? It was confusing. In Charlotte we have the national guard here to help with over flowing hospitals.
