Does anybody think their vaccine status was held against them (review or comp)?

Not sure what I am going to do with my 2% pay raise for M+/M...
M/M, vaccinated, and still got fcked on my raise and bonus.
It's basically a cr-p raise and bonus, whether or not you're vaccinated.
I doubt it. I am fully vax and got sjit for raise and bonus.
No, we are not holding vax status against anyone. New hires, however, must be vaccinated.
Pretty messed up if you ask me.
