There are news ( not rumors ) SEMs are next , all SEM work will be divided and moved to nearshore / offshore .
They will remove most but not all.
If you know a SEM , ask they to look for something better . The end is near .

This rumor is not new. If true, if layoffs are imminent it is better to wait and receive compensation. Meanwhile you can go looking for alternatives.
