Losing orders with these arrogant bozos in charge now is nothing new.

Incompetent leadership and arrogant attitudes = Toxic culture. Everyone in NOV has to take a bite of that apple.

What happened is the customer sent an official letter to the CEO criticizing the unprofessional behavior and incompetence of these clowns. Apparently d-mb, d-mber and d-mbest we’re on board for top drive rentals, worked with the customer to make it happen then pulled out at the end causing issues to customer. They were furious but probably worked out for them at the end.

Madam boss, although a good hand, is a follower not a leader. Too scared to ruffle feathers.

Unpopular take, but by now madam boss is as guilty as these nincompoops… it’s been years of this and no action has been taken.

This company is only hoping to get bought out by someone else.
That way they become richer and can just travel the world on the yacht

After 8 years of no profits, do you really think the company cares about losing orders they can't fulfill anyways?

A quote from the Chief Elfecutive from last weeks call, “ And in the meantime, our competition in many instances remains desperate for work to cover their fixed costs. The good news for NOV is that the stage is set for prosperity to trickle down soon to our level.”

So prosperity trickled down and right into the very desperate hands of the competition huh!?! For Pemex to go with Drillmec, these mrns must have really messed it up. That or MC’s extensive experience in sales for Mexico/Latin America must have been overshadowed by his ability to lie and make people cringe.

Mexican market is now owned by the Italians. SMH

Too funny. Internally they try to distract from these lost orders, as if nothing happened SMH. But these guys couldn’t sell a wh&@r on a troop train.

Haha heard about this embarrassing episode. When the customer decides to right an official letter complaining about how this trifecta wasted their time and resources, you know it’s bad. Open your eyes madam boss.
