There's a really good life outside of this place that comes with better pay, better raises, better bonuses, and better company culture. Only to get it, you have to be brave enough to go out and look for it. I'm not one of those who are desperate to leave but I know enough people who left and have never been happier. If you really hate it here, you have options.

The best example of hypocrisy is when your whole team is vaccinated and has been instructed to RTO and is doing so, while your manager is resisting getting vaccinated and still works from home. Lead by example. Ha.
I made the move last November. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.
I really like working at the Bank. To each his own :) I really hope that I'm not laid off so that I can make 20 years, maybe more. Who knows.
This place is toxic, from the high on up all the way down. Best Tech is a joke. Reviews are a joke, why even hold them when in reality, promotions, raises, are already predetermined. Hard work only gets you more work. I, for one, am doing what I need to, to get the h3ll out of here while I'm still sane.
