awards are based on total comp. there was a list of ranges provided to managers.
my range fits here:
150K to 200K - 180RSU
and this ties to what I received per the email this morning.
2020 200 shares
2021 150 shares
2022 120 shares

Not true as my colleague received 240 shares which amounts to around $11k

Same, I looked at the historical value of the shares when they were previously granted and it appears they are granting share amounts to they align to a specific value.
All grants roughly amount to 5.5k.
This is not gonna do much for retention. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful but people will be angry. With the cost of living so high, gonna have to pull night shifts with Uber.
Ironically, LESS than last year. And this was a recordbreaking year?!
