Curious if anyone who is unvaccinated has heard anything about RTO. If not, do you have a contingency plan?

If they’re requiring new hires to be vaccinated, they aren’t allowing hybrid options, on top of offering cr---y pay, no wonder they can’t find people to work here.
FYI- they are requiring new hires to be vaccinated now. They don’t list it in the advertisement but they tell them with offer that it is conditional on them getting vaccinated and their start date is two weeks after their final shot.
Unvaccinated. Haven’t heard anything about RTO. Won’t be going back to a full time in office environment. My contingency plan is to exhaust all WFH extensions/options/exceptions before I quit or they decide to adopt a hybrid schedule.. all while I concurrently search for new job opportunities.
Same here, I’ll gladly pay the $500 fee for being unjabed, my health is way more important than fulfilling some “greater good” BS
Unvaxxed here. Not heard anything. No contingency plan. I want to keep working here till I retire... in 20 years. Going to fight tooth and nail to keep my role.
