Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

CEO get 31% raise or 32 million...this so so wrong

This is so messed up! While most of us took massive pay cuts he took 7.5% last year. Some folks took as much as 60% bonus pay cuts. This year it wasn't a windfall for 95% of the company and barely makes the difference in last year's loss. What a sc-m of the earth this man is! He needs to resign!

This bank is a total dumpster fire...even with RSUs..they robbed the avg folks to pay the bottom. The top never losses a penny. Greed as such is disgusting!

This needs to be illegal!! Where is the cancel culture to cancel this sort of thing.
I'll fully get behind this and I never agree with them!

His 31% increase sure makes my meager "raise" feel like even more of a slap in the face. If we're capped at a 2-3% increase per year, shouldn't that apply to BM as well? Lead by example! Wonder how HR would respond if we all demanded 31% or else?

I have told you people repeatedly that our so called CEO BM doesn't give a rats azz about you. He is only concern about himself and how much money he can put in his pockets. He has been a pitiful leader in this RTO agenda. He has only done conference calls from his basement/bunker. He has been a total coward in this pandemic. I believe in karma and when you do shlit like this to people and shlit on them. I believe shlit will come back to bite you in the azz.
