Many companies are leaving billions behind to distance themselves from Russia and all Wells Fargo can muster is $1 million in humanitarian relief? The ELT gets bonuses that are higher than that. Did any of them offer to help out in any way? In my opinion, the million is almost insulting. Just a cheap trick to use a horrible situation for some good publicity.

Whatever the reason for the donation, it will help.
It's a shame Russia is fully of lazy alcoholics who can't be bothered to do what's best for themselves and get rid of the psycho in charge.

Gas will increase as it gets more scarce. The type of gas we imported from Russia was LNG not auto fuel which will see increases, but it will be a big push into greener technologies and solutions. On the Russia side, this is an economy bo-b. I'd be surprised if they make it out of this in a decade.
ELT should be saving money for the coming economic storm - gas at $8 - food prices going throught the roof - who sells the most ferterlizer in the world? Oh Mother Russia - guess who's planning on stoping all ferterlizer exports? But you know what? At least we don't have any more mean tweets!!!
"OP" , can you have the stable genius step in and work with his favorite genius and work all this out?
Say what you want about globalism -- one of the few things helping keep the situation from going nuclear is interdependence. If all the countries were standalone and didn't depend on others for anything, it would be hard to have any leverage.

I am doing nothing. I strongly believe that all this help from all over is a money laundering. If you implying that you’ve donated to this event pls don’t think that you are a hero.
World politicians are dividing world again. US did to Ukraine similar thing as it did to Afghanistan - getting out of there and opening ways to Russia take Ukraine over.
US will be making $$$ on military sales. People in US will not get a thing except for more inflation and things like that.
I’m not the one crying about WF donating money for humanitarian aid. Could it be more and are other countries such as Yemen deserving? Perhaps, but it is better than nothing. My giving is a personal choice and i don’t go trumpeting on message about how much is enough.
I think they should donate that $1M dollars to shareholders since they've been burned endlessly by the management here. Some of you sound like the b-m that's angry at someone putting only a one in their cup instead of five, truly ungrateful.

Since you asked the question, what are YOU doing?
OP, what exactly are you doing for the people of Ukraine besides virtuesignaling about WF’s virtue signaling?
Purely a “reputation repair” move. No real heart and soul behind it. Having said that, I hope it helps.
Virtue signaling? Where were they for: Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Chile, Afghanistan, Yemen, etc..etc..
Folks were saying two days ago that Charlie was trying to score points. Now we're not doing enough. I loathe Charlie, but which is it?!78
When I saw that pathetically small number, I was even more ashamed to work here than usual.
