My store is open 74 hours a week. I get 100 demand hours now. They have cut 10 demand hours since December. 26 overlap hours is a joke and when I get my review I'm going to let my boss know that I'm not going to work 60 hours a week anymore and give my notice. There are other jobs out there. I can't wait to have a 40 hour work week.
Typical. Tell employees how amazing they are during a time of crisis for keeping the company afloat then f$K em when things clear up. Break our backs then kick us to the curb. Shameful…
I'm still giving my employees their hours that had scheduled as tr2. How do you go to people and tell them you cut their hours....? I couldn't. I'm applying for other jobs anyway but at least my team will be trained when I leave and they will have experience to take some where else. This is a stepping stone job.
What about cutting TR2 hours....They just added the training hours for shifts and now they are cut....CVS has us make our schedules 3 weeks out and then we get on a conference call and DLs are saying no more TR2 stay under demand starting today....it's a horrible company to work for.
Not cutting hours just following demand LMAO!!!!! I’m not starving you here are your 3 crumbs of bread. This company has ZERO leadership!!!!!! I truly hope with the less than skeleton staff. People walk off the job. During covid hire hire hire. Now we don’t need you kick them to the curb.
Our rx lost 100 hours
Stupid
Not cutting back but having to go by demand
But demand is going down every week
50 hours fs drop over 3 weeks
In our store, hours have been cut drastically starting the week of March 6th.
It's the entire company(the stores that is)
Not losing hours , just do not be over demand, rx hardest hit with vaccines and testing slowing way down, plus script budget way out of whack
Yes. We were told the very same thing in the south. Not one hour. Over.
