Congrats!!! I did the same thing on Monday. New company, 45% pay increase and 100% remote!

They payout accrued PTO, but like you said not holiday, sick time (if you’re in one of those states) or volunteer hours. I’m taking those hours as part of the notice period. Good luck!

Anyone know if you get paid for accrued PTO when you resign? I know it's use or lose floating and personal holidays

I quit in early Jan. 2022. Best move I’ve ever made in my life and career. Almost done recharging and have an offer coming soon from a local bank that will pay me more money and will actually treat me like a person and not a metric. Congratulations!
